Returns

Not the design you hoped for? Unopened sheets can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Standard returns

Email hello@inkora.se with your order number within 30 days. We send a prepaid label for Swedish and EU orders and refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.

Opened sheets

For hygiene reasons, opened sheets cannot be resold and are not eligible for a refund. If a sheet failed to transfer correctly, send us a photo and we will replace it.
